Bear Cub Unlikely to Survive Winter

Scientists have discovered an abandoned bear cub in Alaska. Scientists do not believe that the cub will be able to make it through the winter unless it is captured. The problem is, that since it was abandoned at such a young age, it does not understand that it needs to hibernate.

In my opinion, the bear cub obviously has a better chance at survival with the help from scientists nursing it. The sooner they are able to capture the bear cub the better. But at the same time, this sort of stuff happens all the time and is a part of nature. If humans were not here to see this happen, the bear cub would go on living and probably eventually die because it does not understand the concept of hibernation.
